Important Hotel Information

The meetings associated with Pennsylvania’s Dental Meeting will be held at the Normandy Farm Hotel and Conference Center at 1401 Morris Road in Blue Bell, PA.

Reservation Deadline March 26, 2023—A block of rooms has been reserved at the rate of $172 single/double (Saturday’s rate is $184) plus 10% applicable taxes per night and a $10 resort fee.

1. Click or Tap the button above - "Hotel Reservations" 

2. Click or Tap “Book Your Stay” brown bar (opens a new tab) 

3. Under Guests & Rooms, go to “Add Code” and click the drop down menu 

4. Important! Click to change from “Discount Code” to “Group Attendee”, enter code  PDA428

5. Click or Tap “Add” to move forward, roll to bottom of screen 

6. Click or Tap “Select & Go To Next Step” 

7. Guests will then click or tap the Check In date and click or tap the Check Out Date 

8. Click or Tap “Confirm Dates of Stay” at the bottom if desired dates are correct 

9. Choose one of the available room types; will display info of your selection 

10. Click or Tap "Add Room & Check Out", then proceed to enter profile/card details 

11. Enter all *necessary* fields and click "Complete Reservation"

The block of rooms will be held until March 26, 2023, or until rooms are exhausted. After March 26 or once rooms are exhausted, whichever shall occur first, rooms will be assigned on a space available basis at the current room rate.
