Presented by Herbert L. Ray, Jr., DMD, who maintains a private practice with his sister, Heidi, and is an associate profession in Endodontics at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Ray has no relevant financial relationships to disclose.

Cancellation policy: A refund, less a 10% administrative fee, will be issued if the registration is cancelled in writing seven days prior to the program you are attending. Refunds are not issued for no shows.
