Presented by Thomas McCormack, Esq., a partner in the Philadelphia office of Naulty, Scaricamazza and McDevitt, LLC, who practices in the firm's Insurance Defense Department. He focuses his practice in the areas of litigation, medical malpractice, dental malpractice, defamation and insurance defense. Thomas has experience litigating complex professional liability claims and insurance defense claims. And, he has successfully resolved matters through alternate dispute resolutions including mediation and arbitration. A graduate of Providence College, Thomas received his BA degree in 1993 and his Juris Doctor in 1996 from Villanova University School of Law. He is a member of the NJ Bar Association and the PA Bar Association. Mr. McCormack represents TDIC insureds in PA and NJ.

  • Identify the warning signs of high-risk patients, situations and cases.
  • Identify when to refer patients.
