Pennsylvania’s Dental Meeting (PDM) 2025 is focused on supporting our dental community clinically, physically, financially and mentally. A few of the planned sessions and events you can attend include:
And, there are many opportunities to network with colleagues from across the Commonwealth and neighboring states! The opening event is a reception at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 24 to meet and converse with PDA leaders, followed by axe throwing at 7:45 p.m. Friday is the Welcome Reception at 6:00 p.m. followed by dinner to recognize and celebrate members making an impact on our profession. The final event of the meeting is a reception for members of the Pierre Fauchard Academy; the Philadelphia-Delaware Valley Section of the American College of Dentists and the International College of Dentists, USA Section, District 3 on Saturday, April 26 at 4:45 p.m.

Cynthia L. Schuler, DMD Dr. Schuler started her dental career as a hygienist before earning her DMD degree at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 1984. She has shared her time and talents with her community in Washington, Pa, and her dental family on the local, state and national level. The Dental Society of Western PA describes Cindy as a passionate, dedicated, and knowledgeable leader. The dental society and PDA are grateful to Dr. Schuler for her years of tireless service to organized dentistry.
Miriam R. Robbins, DDS, MS Dr. Robbins has spent a significant portion of her career working to improve the oral health of the underserved, special needs population. Currently, Dr. Robbins is the Director for the Care Center for Persons with Disabilities at Penn Dental Medicine where she treats patients with disabilities and trains future dentists to provide expert oral care to patients who live with physical, development and intellectual disabilities. PDA commends Dr. Robbins for her efforts to provide dental care for the underserved.
Dr. Jeon is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthodontics at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. She has published more than 25 articles in peer reviewed journals on her research interests in bone remodeling; clear aligner treatment and growth modifications of skeletal class III malocclusion. PDA is pleased to recognize Dr. Jeon’s clinical and research achievements and her dedication as an educator.
